Treatments
Fertility Preservation
Fertility preservation is a process that allows for the preservation of gametes (eggs or sperm) before starting hormonal treatments or gender reassignment surgery. This service is recommended for those who wish to maintain the possibility of having biological children in the future, protecting their reproductive potential safely and in a planned manner.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
For transgender individuals who have already preserved their fertility or wish to use donor gametes and have their own uterus, in vitro fertilization (IVF) is an advanced and effective option. IVF allows for the combination of preserved or donated gametes to achieve fertilization in the laboratory and then transfer the embryo to the surrogate’s uterus. Our team of fertility specialists accompanies you through every stage of the IVF process, providing emotional and professional support throughout the entire treatment.
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
Sperm microinjection, also known as ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection), is a highly effective assisted reproduction technique that has brought hope and success to many couples facing fertility problems.
Artificial Insemination (AI)
This technique involves placing a semen sample, previously prepared in the laboratory, into the uterine cavity.
Egg Donation
Egg donation is a voluntary act, with a purely altruistic purpose, through which young, compassionate women seek to help others become mothers. Clínica Medrano has an egg donation program through which many women have the opportunity to fulfill their dream and experience motherhood to the fullest.
