Pelvic Floor Unit
The pelvic floor is the group of muscles, ligaments, and fascia that close the pelvic cavity at its base, allowing passage of the urethra and rectum (in men and women) and the vagina (in women).
At the Pelvic Floor Unit of Clínica Medrano, we offer a comprehensive and personalized approach to treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, prolapse, and pelvic pain, improving your quality of life from the very first visit.

Pelvic floor disorders are numerous and can affect both women and men, although the symptoms and causes differ in each case.
Problems such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, perineal pain, and sexual dysfunction are just some of the most common disorders that can result from weakness or injury in this area.
At our pelvic floor unit, we approach each case individually, with a multidisciplinary team and advanced treatments to help you regain your well-being and functionality in your daily life.
